"Cool feature when it works. It came on my Craftsman pro series tool box, not a feature I was looking for but it was there. Nice to have my box lock automatically when I go on a road test but it doesn't always unlock when I return. Batteries don't last long. Sometimes won't connect at all, takes multiple log-ins to work. Frequently gives error messages such as "lock jammed" when it moves freely with the key. Nice creature comfort but needs work, not dependable."

"I was skeptical getting this at first, and obviously did not just buy the tool box because if this feature, but tried it out anyway and it works perfectly. I could see why the bad reviews are here cause people probably don't know how to work Bluetooth, and yeah it is a Hassel to always have to even turn your Bluetooth on when you want to use it, but it does work and is working as they advertise."

"I didn't buy this toolbox for the Bluetooth app, and it's a good thing because it has never worked as advertised. I also have issues with the quality of the box itself but that's not the app's fault. The latest version of the app for Android crashes before it connects to the box so it is worthless. Your best bet is to hide the extra key for your box somewhere close to you're box so you n unlock it with a"

"I bought the 41" bottom chest about a year and a half ago. The app has worked off and on, more off than on. It's always crashing, has trouble connecting. This is one of the reasons I bought the box, and it's completely useless. The app didn't even exist when I bought the box! With all the automation control technology today, you would think this would be a simple operation. I'm about done with Craftsman altogether. I've been a loyal customer, 3rd generation tool owner, and I'm not satisfied with the products anymore. I had to exchange a broken tool yesterday, and it's depressing - trading in a tool made in the U.S. for a Chinese lookalike."
